Our Story
Born and raised in Virginia, Peter DuBois and Brandon Jensen began working in the restaurant industry while in High School. Soon after college they decided to take their passion for food to New York City where they studied and trained with some of the top chefs and restaurateurs in the business. While in the City, they soon realized that their passion for making great meals for friends, neighbors and family always centered around a smoker. In 2017 they decided to move back to their home state along with their love of smoked meats. With a passion for locally sourced ingredients, a creative mindset and friendly service the next logical step was to open their own Food Truck. They are proud to present 191 Smokery, a project by Peter DuBois and Brandon Jensen.
